Usually, our delivery timing is between 7-9 business days. But there might be some uncertain circumstances which might delay the delivery. But the team will try their best to deliver your product on time. Our customer support is available 24/7, the customers can contact us and get their queries answered.

Our team ensures they choose the most credible, and fast courier delivery service for your region/country. And AMERICAN JACKETS MAKER reserves the complete right to select the courier services. After dispatching your order to the courier delivery services provider, It’ll take around 7-9 business days to be delivered to your doorstep.

Important Note: International Customers have to pay Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). The DDU amount can be different, so to check the amount, customers can go to their nearest Customs office or visit their website (if they have one).

We DO NOT ship orders on AP, FPO, And PO box addresses.

After handing over your order to the shipping company, We’ll give you a tracking ID to track your order. You are responsible for checking the updates related to your order so that you can receive it. Because if, after many attempts to deliver the product, the customer didn’t receive it. So, the shipping company might destroy it. And in this case, we DO NOT take any responsibility, and no exchange or return policy is applicable.

For more than one order to a single address, we make one package and deliver it. Keep in mind that after handing over the parcel to the shipping company, we can’t change the delivery address. So, if customers want to, they should talk to the shipping company themselves.

Once the payment is made successfully, we will send an email to notify the customer about the successful payment.
