REFUND POLICY:

Customer satisfaction is our primary objective, and our team try to provide the promised services and products in the best way possible. And we consider it our responsibility to find the most efficient solution if the customer is facing any issue with the product.

PLEASE read the conditions below before claiming a refund for a clear understanding of the acceptance and decline of your requests..

• After receiving the order, the customer can claim a refund within 7 days.
• To claim a refund, the Customer has to provide a legitimate reason, including original packaging and tags. Without a legitimate reason, we reserve full rights to decline any refund claim.
• AMERICAN JACKETS MAKER has a specialized department that caters refund and exchange claims. And after evaluating the customers’ request, they recommend a solution, Which is either to approve, Decline or apply the exchange policy on that request.
• Customers have to provide the full original packaging and proof to claim a refund.
• After receiving the product at our warehouse, If there is any kind of unmentioned damage, then those requests will not be entertained.
• An estimation of around 7 days is the time period in which we look into the request.
• AMERICAN JACKETS MAKER won’t accept any refund claim without solid proof of the issue.
• AMERICAN JACKETS MAKER don’t accept refund claims on any third-party payment platforms, Like PayPal or stripe. But our customer support is 24/7 available to answer any of your queries. But claims on any third-party payment platforms will lead the refund request to cancellation.
• We have complete rights to REFUSE any FALSE claim by the customer.
• Invalid claims like the quality of the product or the material, Or other specifications like features that aren’t mention on the product description won’t be entertained. Any FALSE claim made by emails won’t be entertained too. And there will be no refund policy will apply in this case.
