Return & Exchange Policy

American Jackets Maker has a specific department of quality assurance that ensues that every product that is about to deliver made as per the quality standards. As, Maintaining the quality and customer satisfaction is our first priority. The below policies are applicable only when customer wants to return or exchange the product.

Note: Make sure that you accept the terms and conditions of the website. If you don’t agree with any of the clause than you should avoid using the website.

Important Note: The return and exchange policy will only be applicable if the product is unused and unworn. Also, the product should have its original packaging and tags to claim for return and exchange.

Product Exchange Policy:

Exchange policy is NOT available for customized orders.

In exchange or return the customer has to pay the charges from both sides.

• The customer has to pay the charges of sending the product from their address to our warehouse.
• Customer also has to pay the fee of receiving the exchanged product from our warehouse to their address.

Free Shipping is NOT available for exchanged products.

After sending the product to our warehouse fro exchange, The customer have to wait 3-5 Business days for a response. After receiving the order our team analyzes complaints about the products and ensures that the product is in unworn and unused condition. Keep in mind that it will take around 2-3 weeks to send back the exchanged product.

Product Return policy:

AMERICAN JACKETS MAKER has a specialized team that go through each products’ quality and analyzes that either the product has been made by the quality standards or not. The product return scenarios are mentioned below. Make sure to read that carefully.

• If the order you receive is different from the product you’ve ordered than the return policy is applicable.
• If the product you receive is damaged, Dented or not in the condition to be worn, Than in this case the return policy applies too.
• Incase of different sizes and fittings delivered to the customer. Then the customer can also claim refund.

PLEASE note that AMERICAN JACKETS MAKER secures all the rights to REFUSE the customers’ exchange, Return, Or refund request. For us to accept customers’ request, Customer should provide us a legitimate reason for that request. Because AMERICAN JACKETS MAKER do NOT accept claims for generic reasons.

Return or Exchange should be done under 15 days of order delivered. After the time period NO exchange or return policy will be applicable on that product.

AMERICAN JACKETS MAKER has full rights to REFUSE, any exchange or return claims for those products which are damaged by the customer. Or in any case damages while shipment.
